COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS

If you are in a job classification currently covered under a CBA, some of the terms and benefits of your employment may be different than the provisions outlined on this page. Please consult your CBA or agency's human resource for further information.
ETHICS
All State employees are required to receive, read and acknowledge an understanding of the State of Nevada ethical standards for public officials and employees.

HONORARIUMS
No employee may accept or receive a payment of money or award of anything of value for an appearance or speech when acting in his or her capacity as a State employee.
IMPROPER GOVERNMENTAL ACTION
Improper governmental action is any action taken by a State officer or employee in the performance of his or her official duties, whether or not the action is within the scope of his or her employment, which is:
- In violation of any State law or regulation;
- An abuse of authority;
- Of substantial or specific danger to the public health or safety; or
- A gross waste of public money.
Improper governmental action should be reported to the Governor's Finance Office, Division of Internal Audits Fraud Hotline (775-687-0150) and/or the Office of the Attorney General.
