COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS

ABSENCE WITHOUT LEAVE
When leave is unauthorized or unreported, it may be considered an absence without leave.

CONSEQUENCE
An appointing authority may dismiss an employee for the employee's absence without approved leave for three consecutive days during which the employee is scheduled to work. An employee may be subject to discipline for absence without approved leave for periods shorter than three consecutive days.
