COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS

MEDIATION PROGRAM
Mediation is an informal, confidential and voluntary process in which a trained mediator assists disputing parties in reaching a resolution.
Mediation provides a neutral and confidential setting where parties can openly discuss information about underlying concerns. Through enhanced communication, mediation can foster improved working relationships and allow a better understanding of factors which may be affecting the overall work environment. Successful mediation concludes with the parties developing a written agreement.
