COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS

CIVIL LEAVE WITH REDUCED PAY WHEN PERFORMING ACTIVE MILITARY SERVICE
A State employee who performs active military service in the Armed Forces (including the Commissioned Corps of the United States Public Health Service) in time of war or emergency is entitled to civil leave with reduced pay. The employee would receive the difference between his or her State pay and his or her military pay.
