COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS

If you are in a job classification currently covered under a CBA, some of the terms and benefits of your employment may be different than the provisions outlined on this page. Please consult your CBA or agency's human resource for further information.
UNRANKED LIST
APPLIES ONLY TO RECRUITMENTS FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS
When an unranked list is issued, an attempt must be made to communicate with at least 5 individuals deemed most qualified based on a review of their respective qualifications as they relate to position or class. If there are fewer than five individuals on a list, all the individuals must be contacted.
