Who is our new EAP benefit provider?

KEPRO.

KEPRO was founded in 1985 as a national specialty health care company, committed to providing services to enhance emotional and physical health and wellness.  They currently deliver EAP services to over two hundred companies and public entities and cover approximately one million lives across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

How can I access my EAP benefit?

  • Through June 30, 2019:
  • Beginning on July 1, 2019:
    • (888) 319-8282;
    • TTY (877) 334-0489; or
    • eaphelplink.com (website code: nevada)

Will there be any changes to my EAP benefit beginning on July 1, 2019?

The change in provider brings an exciting increase in the counseling benefit!  The counseling benefit will increase from three (3) free in-person sessions to four (4) free in-person sessions per issue per year.

The other components (e.g., financial and legal consultation, work-life) are not substantial changed.

I am currently using (or planning to use) my EAP benefit, how will the benefit service transition on July 1, 2019?

If you request benefit services (e.g., counseling, financial/legal, work-life request) prior to July 1, 2019, ComPsych’s GuidanceResources will provide the requested benefit services even if the actual service occurs on or after July 1, 2019.

For example, you request in-person counseling services on June 28, 2019.  ComPsych’s GuidanceResources will provide a referral to a local counselor.  Your three (3) free in-person appointments on July 2, July 9, and July 16, 2019, will be provided by ComPsych’s GuidanceResources.   However, if you request in-person counseling services on July 1, 2019, KEPRO will provide a referral to a local counselor for your four (4) free in-person appointments.
