COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS

If you are in a job classification currently covered under a CBA, some of the terms and benefits of your employment may be different than the provisions outlined on this page. Please consult your CBA or agency's human resource for further information.
AUTOMATIC ADVANCEMENT
The progression of an employee in a classified position from a training or preparatory class to the authorized class of the position based upon the employee:
- Meeting minimum qualifications;
- Having satisfactory performance; and
- Receiving appointing authority approval.
