COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS

If you are in a job classification currently covered under a CBA, some of the terms and benefits of your employment may be different than the provisions outlined on this page. Please consult your CBA or agency's human resource for further information.
CALL BACK
An employee is credited with two hours of overtime when called back to work on an unscheduled basis under the conditions outlined in NAC 284.214.
Call back pay does not apply to an employee receiving standby pay or to an exempt employee.
