COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS

If you are in a job classification currently covered under a CBA, some of the terms and benefits of your employment may be different than the provisions outlined on this page. Please consult your CBA or agency's human resource for further information.
FITNESS FOR DUTY EXAMINATION
The Office of Risk Management can coordinate a fitness for duty examination upon request if the Office of Risk Management determines that the employee is potentially violent or unsafe and he or she presents an imminent and significant security or liability threat to an agency. A fitness for duty request should be coordinated through an agency's human resources staff and must be made in writing by an agency's appointing authority.
