Created in 1997, the Public Service Intern Program provides internship opportunities which are mutually beneficial to students and the State of Nevada.
Students have the opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in a professional environment, build lasting professional connections, make a positive impact on their communities, and contribute their skills and energy to a State government agency.
Eligible students may apply for internships that are consistent with the student's academic major, area of interest, degree or career objectives, or service interest.
State agencies have the opportunity to design internship programs that align with their mission and objectives, offering students meaningful professional experience within a government setting.
